Separately, Lebanon's Health Ministry said the cumulative death toll from Israeli attacks since March 2 has risen to 4,298 with 12,196 injured, and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun defended a framework agreement with Israel as the least costly way to secure an Israeli withdrawal.
