Terms that govern access to ZettaWire.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of zettawire.com, ZettaWire Monitor, ZettaWire Briefings, Signals API, and related account, billing, and support workflows.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting access to paid workflows. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, and any other access tokens tied to your account.

You may not share access in a way that exceeds your purchased or granted entitlement scope. We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account has been compromised or is being used outside the agreed package.

Some ZettaWire features are available publicly, while others require a paid subscription, an approved customer account, or a separate commercial agreement. Paid access may be governed by checkout terms, an invoice, or an order form in addition to these terms.

Fees, billing intervals, renewal timing, included seats, usage thresholds, and delivery limits depend on the package you purchase. Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Subject to these terms and any applicable commercial agreement, ZettaWire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal business or personal research purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the service, software, editorial packaging, product design, or any ZettaWire intellectual property.

If you access ZettaWire through APIs, webhooks, or other programmatic delivery surfaces, you must follow documented usage limits, authentication requirements, and plan-based entitlement controls.

We may monitor throughput, archive access, destination usage, and delivery posture to operate the service, enforce limits, and protect reliability for other customers.

ZettaWire aggregates, structures, and packages information from public and third-party sources together with proprietary editorial, analytic, and workflow layers. Availability, timeliness, and completeness may vary because upstream sources, infrastructure, or partner systems can change.

The service is provided for informational and operational awareness purposes. It is not legal, financial, investment, export-control, safety, or professional advice, and it should not be treated as the sole basis for critical decisions.

You may not misuse the service or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, customers, or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, exceed authorized use, fail to pay applicable fees, create security or operational risk, or if we need to protect the integrity of the service.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will publish the updated version on this page. Continued use after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZettaWire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
