The US military struck Iranian radar and drone control sites in the Goruk area in Iran and on Qeshm Island in self-defense, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) said on X. The strikes were in response to Iran shooting down a US MQ-1 drone over international waters, CENTCOM added.
