An AI system in Hefei, Anhui Province, analyzed a tender and generated a report in 15 minutes, a task that would take five human experts three and a half hours. The system, developed by the local public resource trading center and iFLYTEK in 2024, has audited about 36,000 tender documents since the start of 2025, flagging 3,264 questionable clauses.
