The World Health Organization has declared a public health emergency of international concern after a deadly Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo killed more than 80 people. The Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed at least 88 deaths and 336 suspected cases from the Bundibugyo strain.
