Russian Vladimir Putin signed a decree allowing the operating organization of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant to own nuclear materials and installations. The Zaporizhzhia NPP, Europe's largest, has been under Russian control since March 2022 and was incorporated into Russian property in October 2022.
