The number of employees of the State Emergency Service and Police in Kyiv has increased by 40% over the past 3-4 months, according to acting deputy head of the Kyiv State Emergency Service Valery Kravchenko during a hearing of the Temporary Investigative Commission of the Verkhovna Rada.
