The American embassy will leave Kyiv, while diplomatic missions of all EU countries remain in the Ukrainian capital, said EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas. 'Yesterday we learned that all embassies except one remained in Ukraine. So it also takes courage from embassy staff. But yes, all Europeans stayed. America left,' she said upon arrival at an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers in Cyprus.
