Hong Kong's Legislative Council will fully support the HKSAR government in drafting Hong Kong's first five-year plan, LegCo President Starry Lee Wai-king said in a recent interview with Xinhua. Lee said LegCo and the government have set up a joint consultation mechanism that within one month organized nearly 100 sessions, met around 4,000 sector representatives, and submitted nearly 600 written submissions, and that Chief Executive John Lee will be invited to a dedicated LegCo exchange session once the plan is published.
